Wailuku Maui sits on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains looking up to the beautiful lush land of Iao Valley. Wailuku is an older town and is the center of Maui's Government Offices and is home to a lot of local businesses. Wailuku Real Estate varies from classic plantation homes sitting up in Wailuku Heights to brand new condo developments.
