Maui Meadows has two entrances, consists of approximately 1200 Acres and 600 home sites. Most homes on Maui Meadows have an approximate ½ Acre lot, which ensures the utmost privacy. This district is known for having an ecclectic mix of homes, ranging from elegant mansion-style, fully upgraded properties to Hawaiiana island cottages. There are no CC&RS in Maui Meadows, which is the main reason for the diversity in homes.
