Maui Meadows is a residential community located on the mountain (mauka) side of Piilani Highway just seconds before entering the Wailea Resort. Maui Meadows has two entrances, approximately 1200 Acres and 600 homesites. Maui Meadows is comprised mostly of ½ Acre lots and is known for having a variety of homes ranging from the most elegant mansions to island cottages. There are no CC&R’s in Maui Meadows which is the main reason for the diversity in homes. Residents love Maui Meadows for its location, minutes to the beach but out of all the hustle of Kihei.
